I got to watch this movie again, and I was reminded of how much I love not only the movie, but the book as well. I love the family and personal values expressed and the story itself is great. This quote jumped out at me after watching the movie. Amy had thrown Jo’s manuscript on the fire and Jo was upset with her. I like Marmee’s advice. Whatever harm someone does to you, it’s always better to let things go. It’s hard to do sometimes, but I think it’s usually worth it.
What a wonderful concept. There’s someone in your life that might need help understanding that. There’s someone else in your life that would love your help spreading that message.
